The first meeting of the founding body that became
today’s Magic Box Agency was held in Trinidad on a
warm afternoon in early October of 2006. As a direct
product of the parent partnership known as Magic Box
Entertainment, the daughter agency’s sole focus was
to expand the on the mission of developing local and
regional talent in the realm of the performing arts.
At that time, the body recognised
the need for the formation of a more structured unit
possessing a greater pool of human resources and a
global reach. The reformation and expansion saw the
introduction of a full organisational and
departmental structure followed by the enrolment of
full and part time employees.
The revised mission of the Magic Box Agency is
to
establish a client roster of eclectic Caribbean
talent and professional services, and to then
further expose our roster to regional and
international buyers.
Also included in our mission is the further
career development,
especially in the areas
management and marketing
of our all of our clients and staff. We are excited
about our mission as our ultimate goal is to be able
to open doors for our rosters of clients, and to
likewise to ultimately satisfy all of our buyers.
